crochet ideas 101
I will first confess to be an on & off crocheter for the past 22 yrs so it is with great pride that i create crochet ideas 101 today.
There are times when the WIP projects daunt me,
there are long periods of time when my hooks are kept hidden well away and
the truth is my ever growing yarn stash is kept at the top of a cupboard so as not to get in the way of my daily life as a working mum,
yet there are also many a times in my life when a pattern or an idea so inspires me that i can't wait to pick up my hook again
I want to especially thank my buddy ann who inspired me thru her email for a Stitch N Bitch session, our first of many more to come!
There is no better way to catch up with an old friend then over some hooks and yarn and tea and making our whole creations.
I have always found crochet to be therapeutic which is why it has been my studying tradition to crochet after the exams.
The purpose of the blog is simple : I hope to inspire fellow like-minded 'hookers' like myself through crochet ideas that I think of and succeed in achieving to keep hooking and keep the flame of the passion for crochet alive!!
Ever if you have never wield a hook in your life, I hope to so inspire you that you will want to learn the craft and love it as much as I do.
And I hope readers will share their ideas with me too so we can continue to inspire.
